About Woodland

Sunday Morning Schedule:
  • 8:15 -- Worship Service (Sanctuary)
  • 9:00 -- Coffee & Breakfast (Fellowship Hall)
  • 9:30 -- Worship Service (Life Center) 
  • 9:30 -- Sunday School Classes for all ages (Education Wing)
  • 10:30 -- Worship Service (Sanctuary)
  • 10:30 -- Sunday School Classes for adults; Children's Church for children who attend 10:30 Worship Service (Education Wing).
Nursery is available from 8:15-11:45 a.m. every Sunday Morning.
Wednesday Evening Schedule:
  • 5:00 -- Children Activities (Education Wing)
  • 6:00 -- Supper (Fellowship Hall)
  • Youth and Adult Activities Follow
Office Hours:
  • Pastor/Associate Pastor: Flexible Hours--Appointments scheduled upon request (272-7230).
  • Director of Music & Programs: Varies depending on activities; appointments scheduled upon request (272-7230).
  • Administrative Assistant: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
  • Children's Coordinator (part-time): Sunday 9-11:30 a.m.; Wednesday 6-7:30 p.m.; during special events.
 
Location:
Woodland UMC is located at 4428 Wallahatchie Road at the intersection of Vaughn Road (AL HWY 110) and Wallahatchie Road.
 Directions:
From Montgomery:
  •  Go east on Vaughn Road past Chantilly Parkway through the light at the intersection of Vaughn Road and Pike Road. Continue east approximately 4 miles after the intersection until the road enters a left curve. Wallahatchie Road intersects Vaughn Road at the point and Woodland is located in the center of the intersection. 
 
From the Troy Highway (US 231):
  •  Going south on the Troy Highway turn left on Meriwether Road and proceed approximately 4.3 miles east until it deadends into Pike Road. Turn left (north) on Pike Road and go .1 mile. Turn right (east) on Wallahatchie Road and go approximately 4.4 miles. Woodland will be located on the right.
 From eastern Montgomery County:
  •  From Macon East Montgomery Academy: Proceed 2.2 miles west on Vaughn Road (AL HWY 110)  to Wallahatchie Road. Turn left on Wallahatchie Road and Woodland is located on the left.
  •  From the intersection of Marler Road and Vaughn Road: Proceed 1.5 miles west on Vaughn Road (AL HWY 110) to Wallahatchie Road. Turn left on Wallahatchie Road and Woodland is located on the left.
